Resting Love

“Resting Love” was photographed in northern Sweden during a hike at a hunting lodge. We stopped at this tiny cabin on the middle of a mountain to picnic and rest. I love capturing candid, unscripted moments and was grateful to have my camera in hand at the right time. The gentleman and his pup Ketla shared a very sweet bond and love of grouse hunting together on that mountain. Ketla was in her golden years when this photo was taken - I’ve recently learned she has passed away having lived a life full of adventure and love.
